Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age required in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Additional age restrictions may apply to certain community or communication features. Quiz4Win does not offer paid-entry or cash-prize play.

2. Nature of the Service

Quiz4Win provides free live and on-demand trivia competitions. Results are determined by knowledge, answer accuracy, and response speed. Players do not deposit money, pay entry fees, purchase participation credits, place wagers, or stake anything of value. Quiz4Win does not award cash or redeemable prizes and does not provide withdrawal, cash-out, or reward-conversion functionality. The Service is not a casino, betting, gambling, wagering, lottery, or real-money gaming service.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for the credentials and activity on your account.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting, account sharing, and bots are prohibited.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Points & Achievements

Quiz4Win may provide virtual points, XP, badges, ranks, streaks, and other achievements for in-app recognition. All player rounds are free to enter. No point, badge, credit, or achievement is required to access a round.

• Points and achievements have no monetary or real-world value.
• They cannot be purchased or sold.
• They cannot be transferred between accounts.
• They cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, exchanged, or converted into fiat currency, cryptocurrency, gift cards, goods, services, discounts, entries, or any other item of value.
• They may be corrected, removed, or reset if awarded because of an error, fraud, cheating, or a rules violation.

5. Fair Play

• No automation, scripts, scrapers, or third-party assistance during rounds.
• No collusion, answer sharing, or coordinated entries.
• No exploitation of bugs; report them to support.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (display name, avatar, chat messages). You grant Quiz4Win a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate such content for operation of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including questions, branding, software, and visual assets, is owned by Quiz4Win or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

• Use for illegal activity or in jurisdictions where the Service is restricted.
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior in chat or any community feature.
• Reverse engineering, interference with infrastructure, or unauthorized access.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time via Support.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiz4Win disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiz4Win’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is disclaimed. Because the Service is free to players and Quiz4Win receives no fees, purchases, wagers, or payments from players, no monetary damages framework applies to the player relationship. This provision is subject to review by counsel for the operator’s jurisdiction and does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quiz4Win is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
