Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Participation in premium rounds and any reward conversion is restricted to users 18+ and only available in supported regions. We may verify identity, age, and location at any time.

2. Nature of the Service

Quiz4Win offers live and on-demand quiz competitions where placement is determined by skill — accuracy of answers and response speed — not by chance. The Service is an entertainment and competitive trivia product. It is not a casino, betting, gambling, or wagering service.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for the credentials and activity on your account.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting, account sharing, and bots are prohibited.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Balance & Rewards

"Rewards" are in-platform units used to enter premium rounds and to track earnings. Rewards have no monetary value outside the Service except where conversion is expressly enabled by Quiz4Win for your region and subject to the Rules of Play and Refund Policy.

• Rewards are determined solely by skill-based ranking in each round.
• Quiz4Win may adjust, void, or reclaim rewards awarded due to error, fraud, or rule violations.
• Rewards are non-transferable between accounts.

5. Fair Play

• No automation, scripts, scrapers, or third-party assistance during rounds.
• No collusion, answer sharing, or coordinated entries.
• No exploitation of bugs; report them to support.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (display name, avatar, chat messages). You grant Quiz4Win a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate such content for operation of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including questions, branding, software, and visual assets, is owned by Quiz4Win or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

• Use for illegal activity or in jurisdictions where the Service is restricted.
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior in chat or any community feature.
• Reverse engineering, interference with infrastructure, or unauthorized access.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time via Support.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiz4Win disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiz4Win’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Quiz4Win in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quiz4Win is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
